There is plenty of parking in the parking garage adjacent to the arena. The lot to the rear of the Webster Bank Arena is reserved for Judges,and VIP’s; there will be a volunteer with a list of people that are permitted to park in this lot.
Spectator entrance is the main entrance at the front of the building and it will be clearly marked. Please do your best not to crowd each other, and try to allow for social distancing.
Masks - Due to local and state Health Departments, along with the City of Bridgeport protocols, every person inside the arena MUST WEAR A MASK at all times. If a spectator is not compliant, they will be asked to put their mask on, if the spectator refuses, the Spectator will be asked to leave by the Webster Bank Arena Security.
Ticket Sales - All sales are FINAL. Refunds will not be issued for any reason. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster for $25 per ticket through Friday November 19, 2021. Children 3 & under are free. Please find the link below. https://www.ticketmaster.com/event/1D005B5DC8601A02?did=advance
If you did not purchase a ticket ahead of time, you may purchase tickets on the day of the event (Credit only - no cash) for $35.
Noise Makers - No noise makers of any kind, they can cause an unfair distraction to a team while performing.
Flash Photography - No flash photography is permitted as this can cause a safety issue, and can also affect the routine recordings.
Order of Appearance (OOA) - The schedule will be/ should have been emailed to you prior to attending the Competition. Please print out a copy and bring it with you to the event as there will not be any hard copies to be handed out. Also, please be patient if we need to change the OOA at any time in order to accommodate delays and team issues.
Judges - AT NO TIME SHOULD ANY SPECTATOR APPROACH THE JUDGES!!! Depending on the severity or nature of the interaction, it can lead to additional deductions to your own team.
Vendors - The following vendors will be at the venue selling cheer related items; Jay-Mar, Bow Holders, Wild Bows, North West Designs (which will have the option of heat pressing your Team’s names on the back of the shirt), Cheer Couture, and MidCoast Photography. Not all of the vendors are able to Venmo, or take electronic payments so please be prepared with cash.
Regional Bows with NE Regional Logo - To guarantee your purchase, bows should be pre-ordered through your association. A limited supply will be available on the day of the competition.
Concessions - The Webster Bank Arena Concessions will be up and running for our event.
Cheerleader Holding Areas - These areas are for the Cheerleaders and Coaches only to prepare for their performance time. There will be volunteers stationed at these areas to prevent spectators from entering.
Multiple Session Event - The tickets that you are purchasing are good for the entire day. If you leave the arena, you will need to get your hand stamped in order to be allowed to return to the arena.
